I’m confused by what Julian did (in the past 5 minutes) to make anyone question his morals. In the course of a lifetime, sure, he’s kinda pond-scum 😉 , but nothing he’s done at this table really draws attention to that fact…except in his wife’s opinion, maybe (love how beat up he is) – but his wife is playing with more information that Fenirel, and a much different perspective. Unless Fenni thinks he was lying about the nature of the local were-things? I mean, even on the implication of incest was mostly on ‘Saw…
Julian’s a muck raking blackmail info grabbing behind the scenes schemer, and the new Fenirel apparently didn’t know that. Also, maybe the new Fenirel thought that Julian would be dumb enough to let his daughter stay near someone who’s trying to kill her while trapped in a wheelchair missing a leg.
Also, I compliment Julian on a successful and very clever ruse to protect his daughter.
Yeah the punching fist belongs to Daisy. You can see a bit of the glowy wrist-cuff at the very edge of the page. Julian isn’t wearing anything that glows when not part of a hologram (that we know of) but Daisy is.
I’m guessing Melissa’s remark about ethics is due to Julian telling Jason that he and Melissa had a “deal” of some sort. That sounds either like revealing Melissa as a source or that Julian’s been holding off on some info he knows as a favor to her.
Hence, she sees that as going against whatever ethics Julian has.
Looks like Daisy’s mom has a rather violent way of arguing her case with her husband. Julian looks a little roughed up.
Yeah, Jason’s not gonna be happy when he remembers…AGAIN…that Daisy can just tele-spam around, plus both he and his sister seem to share the same attention span >.>
okay I’m lost here. What just happened. Also that Julian just teleport punch her from who knows how many miles away?
I think that’s Daisy teleporting, not Julian 🙂

Hmm. In that case, Daisy might have her leg back already.
