Interesting, they may have gotten away with it. Everyone (or at least the majority) going unconscious would be pretty good camouflage for hauling home a Jiggy with a hole where her heart should be.
And Binary, didn’t your mother tell you about picking up strange people in nightclubs? 😉
So either Binary can fly like a ‘regular’ Celeste, or those wings are just an illusion and vampires really do bounce when dropped from great heights. Or both! 😮
If all of the employees are Celeste, does that Employees Only door open onto thin air?
@Brunhidden: Presumably they fell dozens of stories. Perhaps the fall left her squishier than before? xP
@ Sulucamas: I think those are cybernetic or “hard light” wings – not capable of true flight, like a Celeste might pull off, but easily capable of *slowing* a fall and being used as nifty-looking hanggliders.
If Jigsaw got used as an airbag, though, that suggests they either clipped into something or the wings didn’t slow the fall *enough* before they reached solid ground.
I kinda doubt that the Employees Only door opens onto thin air – that’d be a potential hazard for any non-Celeste who happened to get turned around on their way to or from the bathroom, after all. Plus, even if it is wings-only, you’d still need a landing pad.
@Anodyne: So, not quite flying, but more… falling with style? 😉
We’ve seen energy blades, so energy wings (or somesuch) would make sense. I just reckoned they were magic since they’re the same color as Binary’s eyes.
And word, doors to nowhere are generally a bad idea!
Ok, that’s a really cool trick.
Nice wing extensions and the mass tone was a good thinking . still i’m sure a few people were immune to it.

Eh, I’m sure that Jigsaw makes for a good flotation device as well.
@josh depends on if jigsaw has the “can’t cross running water” issue(wouldn’t that make showers problematic?) the old myths claim most vamps had.
no transformation montage, but thats an impressive prettyfy from her hotwings
how far did they fall? i would have chosen a woman with more squishy parts to break my fall then jigsaw has. fluffy, yes- squishy, she is not

@Sulucamas: Oh, it’s a door to “somewhere” all right. Just somewhere without a floor. 😉
Sort of like female gelflings wings, I suppose. That’s very interesting how Touched can extend their wings. Are they nano-wings, like Jiggy’s?
