Man, if this much of the family is trying to save Daisy, I’m even more curious about what happened previously (all the censored stuff from her confession…).
Also nice to see that the media (hopefully) didn’t notice Jigsaw getting shot. Too much cha0s, I guess……XD (sorry, couldn’t resist!)
And if the title of the page is any hint, then I’m apoplectically stoked for next week’s comic! I’ve been wanting to see the suit for a long time, and with the alley setting and the white eyes, I’m picturing a very Batman-like encounter.
Given some of the other stuff shown/commented on, I doubt this is any sort of ‘magic’ (well, other than by Clarke’s definition, anyway. 😉 ) or were-critter, it’s ‘just’ a basic nanotech disguise system, available at Ernest Eddie’s Espionage Emporium. 🙂
I *really* keep wondering about the tech-base being used for this setting, and keep ending up wanting to compare it to Final Fantasy: Spirits Within. Though hopefully they don’t have the Orbital Cannon from that.. 🙂
If you look at her hand in panel 2 she removes her pendant that she was wearing as a nano-disquise and her features change and her hair grows back. Though I wander what is happening in panel 4?

That sign is AWESOME.
Someone is going to have a new one ripped.
@Draconess: Oh definitely.
As for the sign…. Talk about hanging a lampshade….
Oh man, I hope Daisy seriously tears up her impostor big time. And I hope Jigsaw’s okay, too.
😀 Ha! Called it!

Darn you, Last Res0rt, stop being so good! 🙂
@Sulucamas I believe Jigs response will be… No.
OK… we got a vampire Talmi and now we have a were-talmi. What next a Talmi-taur?
That is probably one busy convenient alley.
What sorcery is this?!?
@ Stupid_N00bie: No to my prediction, or no to me spazzing out and writing too much? 😉

@Sulucamas I was going for the whole being so good bit, but those work too. 😀
@Stupid N00bie: 🙂 lol, my bad! I sure *hope* that’s the reply to the being good part. ^_^ Just curious: who do you guess she (Maggie) fears more?
@Draconess: It looks like she’s stashing the pendant in her pouch. Hope she doesn’t forget it’s there!
PICK THE METAL ONE
Ru P4U1’s Frag Race?
-rolls on floor laughing-
So Magnolia Archanis is actually a talmi-human hybrid? Nice! Is she a Celeste too?
