Good to know she’s seeming to walk off the injury pretty well, but I’d say things once again got worse in a whole different way than any of use expected…..
Note that his eyes have changed color again – I don’t remember this, exactly, but I want to say that each color has matched one of his mini-heads…I’m starting to wonder who’s the master, and who is the puppet here…
Well, he is crazy. Just a smarter sort of crazy than we thought. Still, he’s talking to his other personalities in the last panel, right? Well, that or his snake heads. Either way, cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.
Oh, and forgot to mention, one word to describe my reaction to panel 1: OW! Seriously, the slash itself was bad enough, but the gashes afterwards…that’s definitely not looking good. Well, the cleanup, at least.
Sorry for the triple post, but I derped on my first one. Zero is Patient Zero, not an alternate personality. Still think he is nuttier than an Almond Joy, though.
I suspect the reason why Jig hasn’t been able to read Gabe’s mind in this arc is that his head is unconscious (a philosophical zombie), and the snakes are running his body in the absence of an integrated mind. The end result looks a lot like multiple personality disorder.
Are they just more accepting of the dark art of psychiatry and deprogramming on Fenirel, or does their liberal society equate to a distancing from Celigo? If Scouts Fenirel and Ziligo were buddies, maybe Planet Fenirel didn’t take too kindly to Planet Ziligo disappearing.
@Josh.C: Aye, seems like they would be excellent (disposable) soldiers, especially if you could brainwash their objective into them before they became zombies. Spirit did refer to Jigsaw as a “zombie gunman” in her cover-up, after all…
@The_Rippy_One: The colors we’ve seen so far match with the his lower snake heads. Think he’ll open his upper eyes when/if the upper snake heads take over? 😈
@Kermit: Props! 😮
I think there is a central Gabriel, but perhaps it’s challenging to read just his mind when the minds of his snake heads are so nearby?
@Sul: I don’t think it was Jigsaw that Spirit was referring to by “zombie gunman”, I’m pretty sure she was talking about the Org sniper Jig ate. If I’m right, either he fractured his soul when she ate him or he’s just dead and the whole “zombie gunman” is just the Org’s cover story.

I have to say though, I agree on the idea of multiple personalities, considering the fact he changed so quickly over 3 pages.
person trading is even worse if you ask me.
Vampire Jig in 3, 2, 1….
Welp, no wings. Still those look like nasty gashes.
I notice the difference in patient and enemies he makes there. “I take care of my patients. I turn my enemies into zombies or glitter goulash.”
Hmmmmmmmm…Actually from how zombies seem to be in this universe, wouldn’t zombies make excellent soldiers, assassins and shock troopers?
I mean you would have to have a reason to want to change someone like that.

THIS looks like a problem that should be solved with high explosives!
>It would be an incredible waste to recycle my ‘enemies’ for mere glitter.
D’aww, I was noticed! 😀
I might have to start sharing my over-the-top fan theories more often.
On a somewhat unrelated note, prehensile intestines: bad idea or best idea?
yes lets feed Gab a time bomb hoagie!
Zombies you say?
I like how Jigsaw goes through three facial expressions as she learns more about what’s going on here.
Obviously her hope for the best, but prepare for the worst wasn’t prepared enough for just how bad things really are.
@xzeddx: Yep! Though their doesn’t seem to be a zombie Apocalypse on this ship.
He’s also letting loose a very incriminating peace of evidence. This doesn’t bold well for Jason and Jigsaw.
well at least he’s let go of her tail for now.

… Aren’t the higher ups on the Last Resort station worried because Qin got extra glitter from saving Cypress?
@hariman Yep, it’s not clear yet what relationship glitter has to vampire powers, though.

@ The_Rippy_One Maybe it’s like a collective consciousness. **Makes valiant attempt to resist making Borg jokes.**
